The **DRONE**'s main support ability is immediately available, and becomes stronger as the drone levels up.
Because upgrade costs are the same, only Tier 3 and Tier 4 drones (with 3-4 abilities) are worthy of consideration… whereas, Tier 1 and Tier 2 drones (only 1-2 abilities) are not worth the bother. Additional drone abilities are unlocked, by spending **Microchips**, at drone levels 4, 9, and 12. *See warning below!*

The cost of upgrading a drone to maximum level is:
Tier 1; purchase for 10 (3 levels, 1 ability) = 10+100 Microchips
Tier 2; purchase for 50 (6 levels, 2 abilities) = 50+390 Microchips
Tier 3; purchase for 100 (9 levels, 3 abilities) = 100+730 Microchips
Tier 4; exclusive content (12 levels, 4 abilities) = 1000m + 1 Upgrade Token

lvl. 2 40 / 36
lvl. 3 60 / 54
lvl. 4 90 / 81
lvl. 5/6/7 100 / 90 (Barrel 90 / 81)
lvl. 8/9 120 / 108 (Barrel 100)
lvl. 10 130 / 117 (Barrel 120)
lvl. 11 140 / 126
lvl. 12 1 Upgrade Token
