My clan got screwed out of S league and the 40 slots I bought and paid for. I contacted Pixonic about it and all I got was stock non human responses that didn't even address anything i asked about I'm over the BS and contacted Apple and filed a claim. Me and my guys paid good money for 40 slots and this whole "rework" was basically the same thing they did with Drones as a money grab. Will see who get the last laugh when i get a huge refund back.

Yup… still waiting for Pixonic to fix their broken Starbase release. So it goes in this game. Anyone is welcome to join.
For the time being, just trying to build the pwn★starz base for more members, and open as many options as possible for the future.

My clan got screwed out of S league and the 40 slots I bought and paid for. I contacted Pixonic about it and all I got was stock non human responses that didn't even address anything i asked about I'm over the BS and contacted Apple and filed a claim. Me and my guys paid good money for 40 slots and this whole "rework" was basically the same thing they did with Drones as a money grab. Will see who get the last laugh when i get a huge refund back. I hope you and your guys get every penny back. Other clans cheated like that should do the same. |

I thought initial Thorium depended on clan rank and individual players got x amount depending on the gold they donated. So an S clan has a pretty short or instant path back to 40 capacity.
That was based on the people I talked to on Predator's discord. Sounds like there are exceptions to that rule or there is a mistake. Try contacting in-game support or raise this on their discord.

Contacting in game support gets you no where. I have messaged multiple times and all i get are AI generated responses and then they close the claim. they have done this 3 times. Emails get no results either. |

Emails get no results either. I contacted support and kept the ticket open by posting before it auto closes and after 10 days I got a response. They are going to investigate the bug I reported to them. Might be worth one more try…. |

Okay, so pwn★starz made it to Starbase 14 last season with 13 active members donating Thorium, I then booted the 8 non-contributors regardless of activity, nor standing. Anybody is welcome, but one has to donate Thorium every season. (Benchmark amount pending further review.) As for standing, I see Pixonic finally fixed the “days since they joined the Clan” and “number of days since they were last online” which could have be helpful in our non-contributor purges. Oh well, sorry if I booted anybody unjustly.  |
