In all my years of playing this game I have never been able to drop that many kills in deathmatch. Most of the time, my entire hangar would be dead by 3 minutes in the game. Not sure if it is skill or my hangar's design. I don't really have any bots with super high firepower except for a behemoth and the siren/harpy bots.
Should I try to get better at deathmatch or continue to dominate domination/beacon rush?

I suck at death match too. But I definitely think certain bots do better than others in death match. Ambush style bots do well, e.g. Scorpion, and whatever the latest teleporting bot is called. And of course, any current meta bot will do well.

yeah, I just don't play it any more. just wall to wall monsterbots, I never quite know what to do. I've always preferred capping a beacon to getting a kill

#1: when you are ahead, STAY back. You are winning. It may get boring for a few, but when you are up 1, they HAVE to come to you. That's when mistakes happen and you go up 4 more.
#2: GOOD 600m weapons are you're friend, subduer being king, with magnetars and radiation weapons a close second.
#3: Be opportunistic. Some call it kill stealing, but dead is dead and a win is more silver than a loss so the whiners can suck it. If you flank correctly, the guy they're worried about has them pinned for you to kill, or vice versa,
#4: Don't be THAT guy..... crisis reaper sucks. Don't run long range. Brawl. You'll win more than you lose, and long range builds are the 「fluffernutter」ing worst.
I should have more but I'm tired.

1. If one of your teammates is pushing alone, push with them.
2. Be risky and go for the kill
3. When winning stay back but when losing push.
4. Close-range builds(Weapons, Drones, Robots)

I feel like any balanced hangars do well in tdm. Any stealthy robots aren't just good for beacons. Also just play more. Practice makes perfect, as gen y's might say.

TDM usually has more sniper Crisis builds than any other modes. Scope out your teammates and just follow the strongest members as they lead. Shoot what's shooting at your leader, don't worry he can tank it!

Then let them go die alone, don't let them take you with them.
