Today CREEPYPETS was banned for "sockpuppeting" which as of this post means:
Now here's the problem.In the english dictionary malicious means:"characterized by malice; intending or intended to do harm"

States that he won't mess up again which means that this sockpuppeting account is not being used for malicious reasons and therefore he had not broken any rules on the code of conduct.
