A Seeker took out two of my bots while I was trying to cap a beacon. At that point I spawned my last bot farther away, a Lancer with Thermal Lance's, and dropped him. Quite satisfying I must say. 😃

I blowed one up today too, coincidentally with my Lancer and HR’s. Funny thing was, I saw him teleport to a target, I got a lock on him while he did his damage, fired just before he teleported back, and the HR’s found him when he ‘landed’. Something folks using guided weapons might want to try, just to make sure I didn’t imagine it.

That's very interesting. JR and HR traditionally travel well beyond the range stated in the stats. By all accounts, the range stat is for the lock on range. I've seen missiles follow mechs like KS well beyond the stated range. I've seen and experienced JR and HR hitting after a mech goes into stealth. In fact, the ONLY mech I've consistently dodged missiles in is Redeemer and only if I hit the ability at least a second before the missiles get to my position.
Seeker's teleport range is 100m, which is insane, but if JR and HR can follow it all the way back, that's either a bug or JR and HR can be a good counter for the Seeker - but only it it targets a team mate and you happen to get a lock.

The seeker I hit, its retreat port may have been more lateral from its attack position than straight back. So it didn’t end up 100m farther away from me, and in fact it was probably significantly less distance from its target back to its original position. But otherwise, I’ve seen the same results as you as far as hitting targets you’ve been able to get a lock on before they do whatever you’d think would evade guided weapons. I just love whapping Shadows when they think they’ve safely stealthed.
