I'm working on the X kills with assault weapons achievement for Scorpius. The thing is the Pulse cannons 8 dont don't do enough damage fast enough. Plus Scorpius is kind of squishy right now. I could level the cannons a bit but that won't help much. Or I could level Scorpius but I may want to use my acoins to get Stefania. Is there any strategy I could use to get some kills before Scorpius dies? Any map locations that are good to farm kills? I am focusing on wounded mechs so I did manage to get the 5 kills achievement. 😋 Edit: Getting Carbine 8s might work but they cost over 3800 acoins (!?). Really Payrium, 3800???  |

Hmm... that's a tough one. I'm not one to try to do the achievements on purpose but I remember I had to use my PC8s for something or another... I guess you could try 2v2 with a buddy? Make your buddy is running mechs with debuff ability like Panther, Guardian, Zephyr, Surge, Orion and Bastion
Another tactic would be to stay behind a meat shield or two and try to fire around them with a target gets low on HP.

That seems like the worst possible achievement for Scorpius. It is built to hide behind walls and rain RMs or HRs down on people. Maybe as a sniper. But sustained fire weapons? No way. Carbs might be better than PCs but don't bother with C8s. They're not strong enough and you're still going to have to expose Scorpius's while body to use them. Maybe corner shooting a Carb12 combined with like an RM/Jav/HR/CryoJav to first wound the enemy could do something. Don't see TLs or SBs or such helping. This achievement goes up to 900 kills doesn't it? I honestly wouldn't try it for it right now and move to a different task instead.

A quick follow up to my journey with Scorpius. I tried some of the tips you all gave and It's worked out well. I got progress in assault weapons achievements and miniguns too. ☺️ Plus I got some MVPs! Thanks! Have a Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! 🦃   |
