Hello there everyone. Gladly appreciate if you guys could give me idea on where to spent all those AU on? Was thinking to buy 14k AU. Just wondering what to spent it on? Weapons or bots?
Current hangar : Lancelot level 4 with thunder and 2 tarans. Galahad level 8 with 2 magnum and taran. The 3 other bot i haven;t decided which to buy yet. Thanks guys!

Okay, on a serious note, sounds like you have 5 hangar, which is wise. No Orkans? I tend to prefer them on the Lance, but YMMV

Everyone needs a good ol fury for those long distance maps unless you are more of a carnage type person but I enjoy the extra added power of the FURY. You could buy another Lance also with an ancile and then some orkins because orkins are just the best thing ever created, who wouldn't enjoy shooting 32 rockets at someone per weapon..
Also buy a Gareth its fun to run around like a fool and people try to blast you with rockets and aphids and you dodge the majority of them when you get it down right he is a good light team supporter and not much gold at all..
You could also level up a Patton and throw 4 aphids on him, that's always a blast.. even sense the so called nerf it went through its still fun.
Or like Dredd said name changes and clans haha..!!!
The new ROGATKA will be coming very soon that may be a good spend I still have a few laying in my hanger I use to love running it and the past few test servers I have played on it is going to be quite usable again but you would need to buy a couple orkins for him unless you want to go all plasma which is also good.

If you want to spend money one of the best options is premium , you will win a lot of silver and believe ir or not silver is very importante to upgrades in order to be full 12 yes i know bro. |

2x orkins 2400
2x aphid 1500
put them on a Griffin or save 1500 and use Pintas instead of aphids
Anicle for your lance 1500
Second lance 5000 with 2x orkins (put your thunder here)
Take the rest and start saving for a Fury while saving for it you can save WSP and get 3x Tridents. Use a Griffin with pins/Tolumbus for a range bot while saving. If you get 2x Trident before the fury put the pins and Tridents on a Natasha because it has the same damage as a tri-fury just 100m less range
2400+1500+1500+5000+2400= 12800
This assumes you already have 5 slots otherwise get 5 slots

You can get all other resources with just time, but Pix seems set on only offering new bots for real money.
I like the prototype medium Dash and I haven't paid into this game to an appreciable degree, so spending $99 on would be acceptable to me.

And coming back to topic the best possible hangar with five different bots would be to have one of each of britbots, with Griffin and Fury.
You already have Galahad and Lancelot so I would buy Gareth for beacon capping (should have been the first acquisition really) and Fury for some long range hitting.
=> 6'250 gold.
Which is exactly covered by the offer at 6'500.
EDIT : Just realized I basically said the same thing as Soup. Sorry for the repetition.

What is your purpose in the game?
If you want to get ultra competitive, get another Lancelot and an Ancile for one (or both). Check out the Legendary league hangars for ideas. You will see 3-4 Lancelots there.
If you are aiming to diversify, get a Fury. Maybe a Garreth, but I think you can earn gold for that one. Or 2 Zeus for a Carnage.
Also, whether going ultra competitive or not you should get a couple of orkans. Most long time players have about 6. These days 2 is good. JMO.

Actually i prefer long range hitting rather than knife fighter. As i already purchased 2 trebuches. Might need 1 more for fury.

I would advise you to wait until the new bots are out. Haven`t been on the test server myself but for all I see and read it might give the game a new direction. If they really proove to be a valid counter to Trident Fury/Nat/Carny and fast enough to circle Lance then this would be my preffered next purchase. Would hate it to have spent 5+K on a premium bot only to learn that it became obsolete cause of a new generation of bots.
And the new bots will imo be only available for event-currency, so sitting on a pile of gold will not be much use.

Without consideration to the upcoming changes coming at end of April I would justify a second Lancelot (5k au) and an ancile (1.5k au) and two orkans (2.4k au). I would then add a Griffins and run orkans on it with pinatas (2.4k au). This adds up to just over 11k au. I would save the remaining gold to put towards a Fury and in the interim run a mid range silver option like a griffin with two pins and two tulumbas. However, with consideration to the upcoming changes coming at the end of April I would make an entirely different decision. From all accounts of my friends playing test server this weekend, the new dash bot is really going to change the meta drastically. It may be one of the best bots put into the game according to some. While my opinion is not that polarized, I do believe it will shift the game state significantly. With that, and with the Rogotka speed buff, along with a new weapon - the heavy molot - I might be easily pursuaded to hold onto those funds and run upgrades on my existing hangar until things settle a little. I would also like to see if the gunslinger robots suddenly become more attainable as well. If this is the case, then we are going to see a pretty significant change to hangar inventories across the board. If the money is no object and spending another $100 when the next patch rolls out isnt an issue, go with option one and wreck some face for a couple weeks. If you are only spending that, and then nothing more, I would advocate waiting to see what is going to happen. |
