Acquired the Legendary ability cooldown implant from Season 25. The question is, where do you place it? Gatecrasher, Panther, Orion, or something else?
Thanks, gentlemen.

I could see a case made for Orion, which has the longer cooldown time, but I think Panther is probably the best choice. It is one of the most useful and versatile mechs on various maps, once the fence is active, so that's what I'd go with. Eclipse and Surge have short enough cool downs that I wouldn't use your only gold implant on them. On Bastion however, it is a big help. But pilots are really about weapons, so I guess it depends on how much you are switching setups.

I got the same implant, ability cooldown legendary. I have Nomad, Ares, Juggernaut, Zephyr and Puma to consider. Also I have two purple pilots missile and guided. So, which would be best? Leaning towards Ares, or Jugg. I intend to stay at or below 2500 sp. Give or take.
And...I could hold onto the implant and use it on Guardian when I get it, with its awesome ability. Hmmm. 🤔

I threw mine on my Guardian. My Panther is running GB16 and all 4 slots are taken with GB range, GB damage, Ability duration and Field height. I would have done the Ability cooldown but I pulled the Field height one a while back and it's indispensable for blocking JR and HR. The Ability duration is useful when I go head to head with another Panther and we throw our fences up at the same time. It's hilarious to out-wait them and nail them when they think my field should be going down.

Your post made me think of trying to place it on a pilot that could be useful on multiple mechs. I configured the implants on both Neymars that way and its work well. Which pilot, mech and weapon combo? I’ve yet to acquire a beam pilot and I’ve got GB12s I’ve yet to make useful. (Been slowly upgrading them though. Can’t remember how I even acquired them, lol) Legendary cooldown, gold graviton DMG and graviton range on legendary beam pilot specialized for Gravs could be useful on multiple mechs. I’ve got a bunch of different mechs that could run ‘em. Thanks.

The graviton beams can be a bit weird. On paper, my GB16 implodes at 3s, and since I have 2, they implode at 1.5s. But, sometimes, it feels like it takes forever to implode, even though I can see I'm hitting with both beams and other times, it seems like I implode as soon as I lay the beams on. It might be lag though so I just bring it up here so that you're aware. The GB12s has a implode time of 3.21s, so a bit longer. I can't remember if that time goes down as it ranks up though.
Still, I prefer my GB16 over my EMR16. Sure, it takes twice as long to do the huge damage and the EMR16 is still more powerful but the GB don't miss since they have aim assist and I can shoot and hit while running. I think I have enough bps to max mine now...just not enough credits, but since my other upgrade plans have stalled, I think I'll go ahead and upgrade mine.
