I remember the reign of terror under Ao Jun skies. I thought it would never end. But then the sun came out and they fell from the sky. Ophy boy's gonna catch some rays soon, and the Goat will make a good curry.

Demeter was several years ago though, back when Pixonic was generally a bit nicer. I personally think Pixonic did not completely transform when Mail.ru took over, as the impressive community interaction and decent quality of life features showed they cared a bit, almost as if they wanted the game to still be good but had their hands tied by their Mail.ru overlords. I think the poison did finally get to Pixonic in early 2021 or so, which is when the meta went off the deep end and Pixonic really drifted away from the player base.

Pixonic starts as its own company in early 2014 2. Pixonic is bought by Mail.ru in mid 2017, with the dash bots being the first content wave to be produced under their oversight 3. Pixonic creates My.Games as an offshoot of itself in mid 2022 as a means of staying operational during the Ukraine war sanctions At least as I see it, My.Games exists in name only for the aforementioned purpose, and I think people forget Mail.ru has owned Pixonic for a staggering 6 years at this point (two thirds of the game’s lifetime)! |

Pigsonic has created a bit of a conundrum for themselves, maybe. The ChodiMochi costs a nice wad of $$$ to get and fully level with all the best toys, and its quite the lawnmower as a result. Nerf it to quell the cannon-fodder masses irritation/annoyance/anger with it... nerf it too soon, and the wallet-warriors get ripped off and pissed off.
Its a stupid game they are playing, trying to balance the scam on both sides. At some point, both sides have their patience worn out. Wallet-warriors are more likely to put up with it, IMHO most of them are skill-less and cant play any real/fair game without getting their butts royally kicked... But they are happy to shell out $$$ to beat up the defenseless.
