1KS is designed to be as competitive as possible, focusing on actual team-play (complimentary robots and weapons, tactics, and communication) rather than just random individual play within the clan - which is what many clans are these days unfortunately. Otherwise, we could just all run solo, right? So the point of being in a clan is to BE in a clan and that's what we'll focus on. It won't always be perfect, but it WILL be consistent.

Further, there will be no 1KS² or sub-clans of any kind. There will be no "training/beginner" unit, no "retirement" group of formerly active players, and no "Bronze/Silver" tier groups. We are looking for killers who already have done the work and know their bots, weapons, maps, matchmaking, etc., and we are looking to play at max-level. See the Requirements section for more details.

We are Husbands, Fathers, Wives, Mothers, and Professionals all. When we manage to find time to relax, we want to spend it with good, solid folks who share our appreciation of a Hard Day's Work, a good time, and Beer-Thirty.

Do you like drama? We don't. We don't believe everyone is a Precious Snowflake who needs to be catered to and we won't tolerate drama of any kind. So if you're reading this, and you like to make others miserable because you just can't help yourself, look elsewhere.

We are good people looking for more good people who, like us, have built their trophy cases in the real world and aren't trying to ego-boost in the pretend one. This is play-time and we're not interested in Facebook ranters, seal-clubbing whiners, or other virtual-reality "legends-in-their-own-mind" types.
