Just lost another long time player, he said, "lot of people spending heavily now and every game seems someone has a Newton, I think it's time to Uninstall the game." All I could say, "I know how you feel, im just waiting for Newton or at least the guns to get a nerf, so right now just hanging in there". What else can a leader say, knowing full well the next thing the pigs introduce us to, may be worse than Newton anyway.
I'm waiting to get a pilot for my Ao Ming, I like flying it, it actually can kill off or put a good dent in a maxed Luch or Rook, plus with it's decent flying speed and height, it can get back out of range from the bubbles. But against Newton, it's like a paper airplane against a flamethrower.
I'm also seeing more zeros from my team members, My group always seemed to be fairly healthy when it came to participation. That definitely is not the case now. Even when I took time away from playing, I would pop in and have a word with Brawlxxxxx or Buzzxxxxx or one of the guys, now it's just quiet.
Newton, at least for my group, (many recreational players, no big spenders there) is having a major impact, -in a negative way. Not sure if Pixonic knows what impact Newton is having, although I think they do and are even pleased by it. For as many that quit the game (mostly non spenders anyways), they are seeing a major increase in sales for players to be able to stay in the game, or at least to get their very own death ray machine.
Newton and other newly introduced bots is definitely a catalyst to weeding out and saying good riddens to the recreational players. My Titans are all maxed, two of which have maxed pilots, Ao Ming is destroyed in a micro second from being hit, the piloted Titans I have, are one shot destroyed when it comes up against a maxed Newton with maxed pilot. It's not hard to see the frustration from my guys, who have very few mk3 stuff, and in some cases, not even mk2 stuff, also many do not have fully maxed out Titans with pilots.

Agree completely. Laser Newton is on a whole new level of ridiculousness - and I thought Crisis Reapers and Rooks couldn`t be bettered (in such a bad way). They`re just taking away the final few remnants of fun that was left in the game. The only thing that`s worse is several Laser Newtons dropping on the red team - at that point I just give up, stop trying and hope that the match ends quickly.

I just killed one in my Kid while he had me dangling. Guessing it wasn't all that levelled, but I pushed at him and got to the building he was lurking behind before he picked me up. Close range with a Panta, a Cyclone and a Krait. Feel the burn  |

I don't necessarily mind the new titan's ability to lift bots in the air but I will suggest these balance changes! 1. It should not be able to lift other titans. 2. It shouldn't come with a weapon as strong as the built in railgun, perhaps the railgun could be changed to a grav gun that slows targets it hits and deals less damage (I'm fine with it dealing a little more damage to titans). The new titan guns added with this new titan are vastly too powerful, I sincerely don't see why they can one-shot other titans if you have all four on one of the titans (like Ao Ming or the new titan). My Sirius has 600k+ hp and I feel like a paperbag against a rocket engine nozzle (incinerated, meaning I get one shot every single time). They are simply overtuned and unfun to the point that I don't even want one. I really did want one at first, I thought it looked super cool but now I've seen how horrifically over powered with that combination and now I don't want it anymore. I'm going to assume this combination of titan and weapons have a 80%+ winrate right now. If one side has one and the other doesn't, they more than likely win. Yes, there are ways out of it but not for the common robot.  pleaze consider rebalancing!" Edit: Felt like adding to this since I can't update the hyper rare ingame feedback popup they graced me with... To clarify, the only bot worth playing in this Meta that has a dash right now is the Nether, so with this one combo they've made dashes even more required in every hanger even though it really isn't my playstyle. Yes stealth is great too, but it lasts for a while and most bots don't have either of these so for now it is absolutely a 100% death sentence. All I can think about is Darth Vader choke holding you while Darth Sidieus goes to town on your core... The feeling of utter disappointment that someone shilled out for it and, I'm assuming, maxed it out... It's quit literally a fun sponge. Ironically, I had been leaving games early if it looks like a stomp but I saw a thread that championed and praised those that stick the game out despite it being a stomp and I wanted to try doing that in an attempt to get over my rage quit side. However, with this new mechanic I've found it to be another force smothering my will to play... I'm almost tempted to see if I can leave the game before they kill me so they don't get their stats... Jokes aside... This new titan is so oppressive, even if you wedge yourself under a ledge, chances are you're still locked down and gankable, I for one flee to the nearest overhang if I notice it and pray to the ratmech gods that I don't get pulled up by my tail and reduced to ashes. Oh yeah, it really is the Thanos bot. And it's as unfun as Thanos' snap. Hoping for the best, Preparing for the worst. |

It is a joke like the crisis and the Ocho. We have finally arrived at the one kill arcade game point. One shot to kill if you pay enough. Few months later pay again. They are milking the players.
There is seeming trouble in Masters and Champions League tho. Look at the point system that was changed recently. 4 points for 6th on the wining side. That was 2 before. And -20 points for 6th on the losing side (-22 before). Points have been readjusted to push people up the leagues (feed the paying customers).

The weapons are crazy OP and the robot is meh, but gets used due to it being the best platform for the weapons. When the weapons are nerfed, the robot dies with them despite not being nerfed itself. |
