Does nothing work right in this &%*$*£$ game anymore?

More and more lately nothing seems to work as it should with increasing regularity (except of course the stuff that deletes you in one shot - that works just fine) or is this just me having lots and lots of bad luck (which is usually the only type I have in this game anyway) ?
The other day when the pilot discount was on I couldn`t update Ophion pilot, nothing happened when I clicked on update and so I reported it.
When I got to the Kestrel Drone on the leaderboard the other day it wouldn`t let me claim the drone and so I reported it.
The reply was that it would be automatically credited after it finished - guess what, it wasn`t and so I reported that.
And today, the best one of all, I opened the gold chest from completing the 25 blocks on the bingo board and won a Fulgur.
The Fulgur isn`t even a %3**%$ option in the gold chest - Newton, Tonans or the pilot..! And so I`ve reported it.
But bearing in mind that their responses so far have pretty much been something along the lines of " yeah we know about that, we`re really not doing anything about it" I don`t really expect to be getting a positive outcome from all these reports any time soon.
