Ack! Somehow PIXO has docked my account into the negative balance for both Pt and Microchips (two of the most expensive resources in the game).
I noticed this with the -Pt balance a few days ago and opened a help ticket with PIXO then and there, plus I stop voluntarily collecting any Pt bonuses too.
Then just today with the Microchip -10% discount day (note: Barrel is the cheapest T4 drone to upgrade) I discovered that my Microchip balance is also in the negative. 「whiskey tango foxtrot」?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

The only time I had that was when I filed a complaint with my credit card company about a bill I received from Pixonic. Pixonic penalized me tens of thousands of gold.

Ouch... that's a thick slice of humble-pie. Me too? Although I still have a negative balance in both Pt / MC resources, I have started to voluntarily pay them down through in-game winnings (not $$$) as a sign of good faith, while I await PIXOs, hopefully positive, response to my Help Ticket. The assumed reason for PIXO penalizing my account being; my wife checked our CC and she thought Apple had double charged us the exact same amount twice, and she refuted one of the charges. ( Poopface : was your CC bill for gold?). Oddly enough, neither of my double purchases was for Pt nor Microchips. (PIXO could have just taken one of the purchased weapons away, but I had already upgraded them a few levels.) I calculated my pre-penality balance to be a little over 600 Pt and close to 100 Microchips, and they fleeced me for 1K Pt and 200 Microchips. If I purchased those Pt / MC resources today... the CC bill would be twice, if not triple the original refuted CC charge (including the silver spent for a few levels). FAFO they might say? Typical app customer service I guess, the customer is always wrong... Whereas, the app provider never makes a mistake, but instead charges double-for-their-trouble.  |

 9-days-later and I am finally out of the negative Pt hole I dug for myself. Alas, I am still -65 Microchips and slowly climbing (I'll finally have a lvl. 9 Barrel in two-three months!) |

Well there we have it: what we thought was going on in written form. So unless Pixonic sanctions it (something that would obviously be nigh impossible), refunding purchases deducts the purchased currency from the player’s account. Great, just great… |
