Mine are MK2.12, and I have Otto as a pilot, and they have the kick of a 3 legged mule. This is on bots with max amplifiers and boosted skills.
Yet, every time I run across someone with those, it like my bots have defective armor against them.
Donât mean to be a whiny, Karen like 「female dog」, but I donât get this.

1. depends on the bot YOU are running and its health pool vs the bot THEY are in and its health pool or built in shields 2. Otto may be outfitted with more damage skills 3. they may have damage or even balanced unit mods to increase damage over amps 4. drone may be an issue 5. they may have more hazards than you, ie crisis or behemoth 6. boosters

Everyone else is hacking (that's my excuse when I get whooped)

On a Hazard topic, once it hits the WS, i had in it my mind that completing this build would be cool It seems i can get 2 full salvos out in a flight. Whats your thoughts?

I run a pair of 2.12 on my Rog with Otto. I get an additional 13.5% damage from master gunsmith and thrill seeker skills. Armadillo drone keeps me alive a lot longer so I can seek out and finish off vulnerable targets. Admittedly I run in expert league where the fun is, so I am probably punching down more often than punching up, as far as damage output goes.

I only run one hazard without any pilot skills on my baby account, and it gets most of my damage. The radiation weapons are still crazy IMO, never really got a proper nerf. I run into Anglers with them that can be a real problem.

I moved my 2.12 Hazards and 2.4 Blights onto one of my Ravens, with dual nuclear amplifiers. It does NOT have Otto (it's got Nessa) so the ROF isn't quite so fast, but when I'm able to catch a bot that's not got active defense buffs running, it'll smack the 「dookie」 out of it.
The Blights also sometimes go on my Pursuer with Otto, and while it's not as potent as the Raven, it's not bad for a beacon running pest of an assassin, especially since I can deal some hate from long range rather than having to get right up some Red's nose.

I have an Otto on standby for most of my bots I either run or swap in radiation & plasma on, it is noticeably better than without Otto Legendary Pilot.
You could possibly have lag issues where you are NOT getting clean hits(the damage multiplier counts on hitting the target). As stated above there are times I hit & rarely see a ripple due to armor or defenses. But after multiple hits, it seems to massively increase in damage.
Try it on bots that give damage boost like Imugi, I run Plasma/Radiation on mine from time to time.
There are other Legendary Pilot depending on the bot that increase the damage output even more than Otto without RoF increase as well.
