Call me a skeptic, but I'm still waiting for the time when a UFO flies past the window of a corporate executive board meeting, and 26 people who are already winning at life think quick enough to grab a hi-rez video on the latest iPhone, and that footage matches up with the 12 security cameras covering that side of the building (and the 16 on the other side of the street).

Almost everybody on the planet has a 12+ megapixel camera on their hip and stil the best pictures we can get are pixelated out-of-focus crap. (There are some interesting exceptions though.) |

Not sure what you're saying tbh All i know is a very glowy/vivid green circle which at least looked on fire was rapidly going towards the general direction of the ground |

If we're talking alien stories, I've got a couple.
My dad used to work on the railway back in the early 1990s, and him and his gang were working on the track at night by some airport in London, might have been Heathrow. Anyway, they saw these green lights in the sky, in an s shape. They pointed it out to each other, but they just stayed there while they worked until they went home. The next day they came back to finish their work, the lights were gone, and they spoke to the airport security (as they had to get clearance or something to be allowed near the airport) and the guard told them all the alarms started going off around the airport for no reason the previous night. So something must have triggered them, or got in, or whatever. But that story has stuck with me ever since my dad told me it.
Which brings me onto my experience. I live in Scotland, in a very rural village. It was very late in the evening, it was dark, and I was on a walk. I was just entering the main village part which was lit by street lights, when this thing whizzed over my head. I saw it for a solid few seconds, and it just looked like a tennis ball sized ball of sparks. It was about ten metres in the air, and it landed nearby. I looked for a bit, but didn't find anything. It could have been a meteor, but I would have thought they travelled downwards, this went in a line across the sky before landing. Whatever it was, I haven't seen anything like it since. I will admit, it was quite chilling to see it alone almost in darkness at night.
But yeah, aliens...

(There are some interesting exceptions though.) And then this just dropped 6 days ago. Of course we all want to say, "It's TOO good! It's photoshopped!!" Buuuuuut it is a clear picture for a change. |
