When the top tier Y-Ters use Ultimate gear and post vids about how good the orkans are, it just feels so slimly. So shill-y.
99.9% of us have no chance or desire to get Ultimate stuff so these videos are a big, "MEH!"

If it works for them then go for it. Keeps Pix happy and I assume keeps the YT heavies employed of sorts, or at least getting freebies. I just look at is as a chance to see what they are capable of and how to counter them. Its not easy considering we see the YT hangar but never see the opponents. Not to mention after a while you understand their game style as well. but I agree with you sir, MEH! |

Agreed, especially Orkans of all things. We all loved Orkans and Pix absolutely destroyed them. Now they want to sell a cool looking upgraded version that performs like the original. My middle finger has rigor mortis on that subject!

These things just put a higher premium on OG ork kills (etc.) and I don't think they look better anyway. Maybe for Vegas.
I was stoked to see Cryos giving them a run in the testing vids.

I've seen one Ultimate Spectre so far, and it was maxed with Yeojes. It went down in one clip to my Crisis like anything else.
And that probably cost him 10 million gold.

So what if YouTubers are Pixonic-funded? The Ultimate gear is the hot new thing, so of course people would want to make (and see) videos on it. How is this any different than their normal content showing powerful builds versus the meta, and how does them showcasing stuff we would never see otherwise somehow make them worse than us?

The spectre is meh but the orkans are sweet, the millions of gold and silver to attain and level them prove how out of touch pixonic are with reality though.
Watching a video of Manni raging when he gets 1 shot by a Reaper Crisis whilst he runs around deleting everything in an Orkan Nemesis of all things was worth the price of admission alone.
