Negative gold

I logged into my account to find out my gold is -8000 is this their version of refund? I put ticket in already. Still have missing gear and mechs but my main concern is this gold issue. I am not opposed to pull all my purchases and report this to google and have them refund all my purchases if this goes unresolved as other issues I had to tickets about. Be warned. I do follow through. This Russia backed companies need to be full google banned. More and more are just attempts at defrauding players. I just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue with the latest update. I am about to just dump all Rus game developers. Seems russ development teams now relying on theft more often than actual business apps and my patience with it is running out. Every Rus game I have played has become this way now. I would advice the rest of you to reconsider spending money on Rus games in the future.Like me you to will likely be ripped off. Just no longer worth the risk or aggravation attempts to get funds or items. My father's dying from cancer and he loves playing this game and I just don't want to walk away just yet.
