「fluffernutter」 youtube monetisation

So I had this great idea to get monetised on Youtube so I could earn more money to waste on this game. What a joke.
It is the most complicated upside down topsy turvy cluster「fluffernutter」 I have ever gone through in my life. My exams were literally easier than this. Creating 43 different accounts, going through 67 step verification that fails no matter what I do, spending money on a passport for said verification which gets rejected with no reason, a CONTACT US button that DOES NOT 「fluffernutter」ING WORK, and the fact that I'm doing it on mobile makes it 100 times harder.
Then you have to go through countless video tutorials on how to fix the 「dookie」 you are in, all of which are either from 2008 or are narrated by people with accents I cannot 「fluffernutter」ing understand, at the lowest volume imaginable to mankind.
Even worse, every time I think about having to go back and fix it I literally get PTSD, because I have sat down two times already for 4+ hours trying to fix it and it has gotten me nowhere, as well as the months before doing odd bits as well. I am literally getting nowhere.
For 「fluffernutter」s sake, why is this so ridiculously hard!?
