Is the latest derby event messed up? I’m going to need to accomplish every task since I don’t have the new frag weapons. And to top it off I’ve got no pilots to upgrade. No event coin for me I guess.

Yeah it's totally messed up. People are screaming their heads off at them about it. Can you buy a cheap blue pilot? I mean that one token isn't likely to win you much, but the odds of getting Eclipse blueprints are decent and they're legendaries worth 240 AC each. Spending 40k for a rare pilot could be worthwhile ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Interesting the Eclipse gacha is going on a couple weeks longer than the Derby. I wonder if that means there will be another chance to win tokens.

I'm sitting this Derby out. There's no way I can do all the tasks. I just don't have enough time to grind that much. They lost me the minute that they had a whole day of Frag gun tasks.

I’m not paying much attention to the derby either fwiw. And if I don’t have the weapon or Mech I just don’t do the event. |
