Has anyone noticed?

Think it may have to do with a lot here stopped caring or chasing the meta.

Volunteer to become a Mod, feel free to create charts and graphs, bring us your tips and occasional tirades. Will admit that some of the pinned items are outdated, but chasing the meta is hard enough, quantifying it takes time and love.

But you’re right, there is a different flavor here, and thank goodness it doesn’t involve “Rate my Gold Hangar.”

Everything about this game is wrong. Must like getting it up the butt.

The problem is it is a legit addiction carefully cultivated by the physiological and psychological warfare waged by Pixonic marketing. After several long term breaks and returning to the app being more and more problematic, I found the only solution was to delete everything I owned so I had nothing to come back to. Feels great to put my attention on other stuff in life. 

The most useful information you can gain, here or anywhere, is the knowledge that Pixonic is nakedly greedy and does everything it does in the pursuit of short term profits over long term stability or the happiness of the playerbase.

If it wasn’t for 6 Pack, I’d likely be gone.

My head canon which I created to minimize the frustration of playing with seal clubbers, tankers and idiots in the MM can only do so much.

So here you are: if you enjoy the game, spend as much as you think the entertainment you are getting is worth. Be aware that any money spent on this game will only buy short term advantage in game. And yes, when it comes to the league system and getting suckered into thinking league level means ANYTHING, money is the determining factor followed by play hours and skill bringing up the distant rear.

So here you go, use the following screenshots to get to where you can look at the Legend League hangars. Take a good look at which bots/builds/titans are listed in say, the top 20. Note, if you care, at the number of cups accumulated from 5000 since the beginning of the month to let you know how many games a day you should be winning and get that credit card out. Be aware that you will need to repeat this process say, 4 to 6 times a year going forward. Good luck and happy hunting!

like you and others said above, talking shop is very uncommon lately, because we all know that in 30 days a new OP bot/weapon/titan/drone will be out causing a stir. Does shoptalk still happen, for sure. We discuss a lot of it on discord. But it also depends on play style and what you want to achieve in this game. 

Um, have been reading around that much? There is constant talk about effective builds, be them the hangar showcases powerful players like Oliver Kloesov post semi-frequently, threads on bots like Loki, Falcon, and (though it has been posted in for a while) Tyr that are more than half a dozen pages long, and how newer members have been asking questions in Tips & Advice and have been getting quick and detailed answers. Yeah us mods are not posting monthly meta break downs and people are not making constant “rate my hangar” threads, but there is still lots of active discussion if you look into it. People also come here to just chill and casually chat (many think that is the healthiest approach to the game), and I am sure I speak for many when I say that many of us would have stopped playing by now if it were not for the community on this forum.

The thing is, this forum is not the easiest to find these days (no official links to it in the game or anything), so most of the people who come here are more dedicated to the game than normal, which often means they are either experienced players or fast learners. As a result, most of us here do not need to be constantly told or discuss what are the best builds. We all know we can just check Legend League to see the current top meta, we all have settled into our playstyles that we hone and develop hangars for without the need of confirmation from others, and as others have said, we have all wisened up to what Pixonic really does with the meta. You do not hear complaints about the game on Reddit or Discord like you do on here because the admins literally censor it to keep the place sterile and “positive”. We have discussed and thought about this game so much in years past that there literally is not big topic left to discuss. If this atmosphere is not your cup of tea, that is fine, but do not call this place useless when the opposite is obvious.

I've said it before - I have more fun reading this forum than I do in the game. It's like having lots of strange friends.
My complaint? There aren't enough rants lately.
