I wonder if they’re considering retooling implants to something beneficial to them that the player base will tolerate. They could get some $$$ from me if they offered single legendary implants for $ for a decent price. I’ve only been interested in the three packs once and the was nearly a year ago. |

It continues to amaze me how these game developers do everything imaginable to piss off their player base. Yep. Recall that just a few days ago they unveiled the new, crappy Vault Playoff... where receiving 400 A-Coins are no longer a given. That prompted a backlash from prominent Youtube reviewers. And now this. In the span of a single week, the company has shot itself in both feet - with a shotgun. It's incredible. |

Well, looks like I better log in this week and remove the EMR implants I have on Maverick. I was gonna leave them on indefinitely cause I had some fun with EMR16 Paragon (of all things!) in the TTDM. If I take off the implants, that leaves me with about 70k implant parts to mess around with. I'm pretty much done messing around with builds for now so might spend them on maxing a few implants or just keep banking them.

I’ve got some builds that I use but don’t think they’d be implant-loss-worthy. I’m actually thinking of using implants without the upgrades or very low upgrades. That way I get some benefit while limiting my loss. I actually think this is counter productive to Plarium’s goals. The cost to changing out pilots for specific builds is going to be pretty large. It was nice to change things up in my hanger. With the increased scrap costs I’ll be less likely to change this around and I’ll feel like I’ve got use-less content sitting around. Content I’ve sunk considerably amounts of resources in. I’d be tempted to specialize my hanger and leave be. Doesn’t encourage sales. I understand rendering unto Cesar what is Cesar’s,, but Plarium’s taking too much. Pretty regressive if you ask me. Then again, I must not be Plarium’s target audience. At least I should tell myself that and stop spending altogether. |

As much of the Fb and youtube comments point out, paying to take implants off was always bad because scrap is a paid resource in the first place, that people don't amass any real store of without spending money on implant crates or scrap directly.
It's paying to keep something players already paid for. This is like war robots' recent update saying taking a turret off of a mothership just deletes it.
Their announcement for the new stuff they have coming out is getting nothing but negative feedback because of these changes.
We have Legendary Killshot, that can double dash and has damage reduction while dashing
Chaingun 16
And a "Double barrel" legendary CqC weapon that inflicts overheat
And
a new barrage weapon that inflicts stasis.
Still no hard date on Gearhub release, and even with Gearhub, many of the weapons are still $$$ at neon shop prices.
None of the content creators at high level, or their whale counterparts, have adopted any of the newest crap since EMs, except eclipse, but they say "many players" are adopting the new gear.
Are they using server metrics that include when the AI MVPs for "usage rates"? 🤣

Welp, the only stable source of coins for new players outside of the pittance in chests are weekly missions. Folks with the 30 a day from ads and a ~chance to get some at the end of the XP track have it golden compared to everyone else. We've entered the "wait and see". If War Robots is bleeding players, this will only get worse. |

That is very frustrating. I’m surprised they’re sticking to the % loss and A-Coin costs. It’s not player friendly. Discourages player loyalty by heightening frustrations. Frustrated players look for their kicks elsewhere. Or lower their expectations. Maybe Plarium should tie implant scrap ads? |
