Does anybody who is NOT hacking have a decent time in the evenings on a USA server?
My assumption is, "NO!"

its hit or miss mostly. if it a work nite for me, i am usually on right before midnight central time and its extremes, you are either the ant or the boot. Very few solid matchups. Mornings are similar, but not as bad. on my days off i've found 11-1 or 2 are pretty decent matchups.

I play ~6:30 - 7am EST, sporadically 9-10:30 which watching a show or few with the wife, and occasionally a match or few throughout the day.

Cheating/Hacking has been an issue in just about every game that's been released. Have to remember most games have a few Closest cheats.. As someone that has ran a major online gaming tournament way back in the Punkbuster days.. You be surprised who is actually using... I will leave it at that.. most common excuse I heard was my brother from another blah blah blah used my account to see what it was like...

I can confirm, 10-11:30 PM EST is prime time for hackers and cheats. Friday night is the worst.

Well if it makes you feel any better this BS goes on 24/7 here in sunny Asia. Not sure these guys in China, Taiwan, Korea and Vietnam ever sleep.
I shouldn't be but continue to be floored by the Meta Hangers these guys run in Expert 3.
