So, I installed it and tried it out. Can't remember the company name but it's gotta be a subsidiary of Pixonic. All the mech and weapon names are from early War Robots (so far from what I can see).
Also moving this to Other Games in case other folks decide to try it for nostalgia and more discussion is generated.

Just downloaded this and will give it a shot later. Looks fun.
Company is called Keystorm Holding Ltd. Keystorm Holding Ltd. has Little Big Robots, Mech Battle and Battle Arena. Looks like they are out of Cyprus which is also where PIX is located.
PIX's parent is MY.GAMES which does not list Keystorm as one of its brands.
That said I would assume it is the same company a few shell holdings back. Not sure of the IP rules in Russia or Cyprus but I would guess it is pretty murky.
