I heard of this from AD gaming’s discord sever, apparently the members of these clans are going to stop spending for the next month. If anyone here is a member of one of these clans, can you confirm in the comments? I see some heavy hitters up here, and I’m curious to see what will happen next?

Keep the lights on? Maybe letting those lights go dark would be nice... Cause a bit of a situation if you will. Better yet what if most people stopped playing in March altogether? Now that would be a firm message. I can't say how much this will do but if we can send the right message maybe just maybe it could give some results. |

This won't work. This hasn't worked in the past. Nothing has changed since then, human nature does not change. Pix will release the next big thing and every payer will be itchy to get it before everyone else.
In order for this to work no pay march need to be complimented by no play march.
But if a person stayed away from the game for a month or two there is a good chance he will understand how much their lifes are better off without playing this crap show of a game.

Always like a bit of rebellion.
But, with Pix being Pix, and with their undercover forum Pixonites - they prob will actually release Yam map, or get rid of Mofoships, or cause some other itch that everyone just has to scratch to counter it.
For the record, I am not the undercover double reverse triple spy fake secret agent traitor from Pixonic who is pretending to be an F2P Pix hater.
So please come clean, who is it. Also for the record, I am F2P and a Pix hater. Cough cough. Pure coincidence, honest, trust me.

I can see it now…The big spenders are stocking up on resources now, resulting in a surge of spending. Pix will see this and marvel at what a wonderful job they’re doing. Then March hits. Boycotts have been announced before and are rarely effective, e.g. that super kill drone was the latest success in a sea of, er…um, not-successes.
But I have never seen the solidarity across multiple platforms, including all the top content creators. Unfortunately, I’ve also never seen wait times take such a steep jump, which indicates a major reduction in player activity.
No matter what happens in No Money March, Pix is going to be hard pressed to right the ship this time.

Doing something is better than doing nothing. Personally i feel a more active approach would make more noise. Enough complaints to google and apple drive inquiries from them which Pix cannot just ignore. Specifically i look for violations in the vendor agreement. Things such as not responding to complaints is a violation. Not addressing the hacking is a big issue IMO as i feel pix is knowingly selling a defective product. Not adressing this is a violation of the vendor agreement between google and pix.
Hope yall can hold out and use your dollars on another hobby. Ive been tempted but havent spend in a few months. When u see how fast u become irrellivent it highlights how quick your money was wasted.
Other than that Pix is just arrogant and crooked af.

I hope this is true. I know many are just plain addicted to the game and will spend whatever it takes, especially those who have the "mad money" extra income to do so. Most of the top spenders ive known are generally older
guys with good jobs and the extra cash to do it. I was like that too many years ago. Glad im over it..

My first response to seeing this is what discord is this on? Then I realized I'm the happy leader of Aurora Nova’s entry level clan and the AN clan family has been slowly and quietly going dark as people get just fed up with the direction of the game. So yeah, we’ve pretty much been doing this for ages now. It's sad in some ways, but expected. Good to see War Robots University on the list though. Always good seeing the kids doing well.  |

I think its safe to say my clan KAOS (Anarchy 17355) will not be spending either. All my spendy guys quit or left long ago to go to other more active S clans. I have no plans on spending anything. After I put a $200 itunes gift
card into my hanger and it lasted for a month with mk3 stuff only to get beat down my others Im over it. Seeing others hangars is real eye opening. Why bother leveling up to mk3 when I see Android and PC players with gear barely MK2 doing more damage than iOS players who are maxed out its just a waste of time now.

I love to see it, and since the spender income is probably quite top-heavy, this definitely has potential. I just hope Pixonic doesn’t try to just wait it out or players cave in too quickly. Pixonic seems to be really set on this one, so it is undoubtedly going to be a prolonged standoff. If we hold strong though, Pixonic is the one that will have to concede, because we do not need them like they do us.
I’m not concerned out the lights not being able to be kept on, because I’m sure they will still be making enough money from other sources for routine maintenance (whatever that even is for them!). The worst I see happening is lower level employees being laid off instead of the higher ups taking a hit on their paycheck or slowing down game development. I doubt it will get that far though, because even if Pixonic seems committed to the rework, I bet they are still too skittish to let things get that bad.

Ads. 10 million players, lets say 10 ads per player per day, 100,000,000 ads per day. At $0.01/ad that's $10m/day. At $0.003 per view (low end youtube), that's $300,000/day from ads or ~$110 million per year on ads.
66 clans, lets say 30 active members each, 1,980. Lets say 2000 players who aren't going to spend.
To equal the projected ad revenue, each of those 2000 players would need to spend $150/day, every day of the year or $53,100/yr each.
I'm guessing there aren't too many people spending $53,100/yr on War Robots.
Then there's the other 9,998,000 players who may or may not spend.
If they want to hit Pixonic where it hurts, they've got to not spend and not watch ads and get thousands more people to do the same. Not just thousands, 10s of thousands.

You only have to watch the usual suspects on YouTube opening hundreds of chests and seeing the same result over and over. Have to put most of them on mute. AD Gaming saying the word "insane" so many times but opening those chests and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. |

Such a perfect storm of ineptitude that they’ve made it very easy to join The March.
Open support for soft tanking.
Inability or unwillingness to mitigate mild hacking. (When I take the tinfoil hat off, I just know it’s Pix selling the hacks, lol. Jk?)
Increasing use of Oops, GodMode, LE Bot releases to generate revenue.
Increasing use of Oops, Unexpected Legendary Pilot-Meta Weapon combo is so OP as to seem like a hack. Again, for revenue.
