I could see this really pissing off the new guys who spent a ton and only know how to push hard because they were once "invincible". Who knows. Maybe they will worry about beacons in BR mode instead of just trying to kill everyone with range while sitting in one place like TDM... HEY! I cant dream cant I?

So that means... Prisma gets a 40% buff! In the future without purple shields, lockdown ammo, BrZzzzzzt! He's dead, Jim.
There was no mention of Prisma above, what did I miss?
btw, Stellar Prisma is +5% damage on Prisma.

This isn't about those who are spending a ton, except for the nerfs...
It would be interesting to know what the player level distribution is, but from another thread, there's maybe 10k people playing in Champ and above. Total active players is 10-11 million (based on comments from Pixonic, about 5.5million for each of red & blue.) That's 0.1% of players in Champ+.
Then there are comments about match making being hard for master and above, so lets be generous and say 1% are master. Thats 98% in expert and below. Or maybe it is 10%. But the picture here is that the majority of players are way way way down the leagues, Silver, Gold, Diamond, where not everyone has a hanger full of gold/purple stuff.
This rebalance will have a huge impact on Bronze, Silver, & Gold, possibly also Diamond but at that level, not many players have grey/blue weapons any more. Expert and above, I can't see this having much if any impact but maybe I'm being naive.
e.g. Hussar/Dragoon/Marquis buff could be interesting because they're a longer range (600m) weapon. (I did a 1 on 1 with a clan member and just using my Striker with 600m weapons meant my ill prepared opponent couldn't get close enough to splat me with any of his 'bots and I ended up winning without a scratch
edit: or maybe I'm wrong, I was assuming tier 1 was gold, but if it is grey, and they're giving tier 4 (gold) weapons +40% then 「whiskey tango foxtrot」 ...

Not many are high up in the leagues because most players churn through and leave.

I am building a full Hellburner hangar. Its a lot of fun and can be incredibly nasty when done right
There should be a special place in hell for players with hangers like this

Prisma is T4 and not on the exception list. It gets buffed mightily.

I’m really curious about this one. Yeah Cerberus is squishy, but since I like tinkering I’m intrigued with trying out a Cerberus build either using the Medea pilot and geared with Hornet/Wasp or really gamble with Bane/Venom. I've already got a 2.12 Cerberus build and a Medea pilot started on it, plus some L10 Hornet/Wasps. Need to decide between committing to that or going with the Boris Crow I have.

Put Quantum Radar on them and that'll keep Murometz out of the skies. p.s. this website needs an update to translate QS into Quantum Sensor like it already does for "Q R" (no space) into Quantum Radar.
