My current trouble ticket asking for clarification

I don't think they will understand the question.

I sent a ticket in asking why I am the one being punished and put in the leavers queue for leaving games because I faced hackers 4 games in a row.

I knew the answer to the question really but their response was "sounds like this is a report abuse request, not a technical issue blah blah... Conversation closed".
