I've been using the EM16 on Panther with a Railgun and the EM always has about a one second delay after pressing fire. What's the story with this weapon? 🤔 I press fire and by the time it actually fires the red has moved. 🙄

What's the story with this weapon? 🤔 I press fire and by the time it actually fires the red has moved. 🙄 That's the design - you get a 1 second delay with the green targeting light to line up the shot. It's also the limiting factor preventing it from being obscenely OP, cuz yeah the targets totally can move during that time. I am not using mine regularly yet, but I do feel like I improve with it over time. |

Is it true that using the EM rifle with railguns/long arms can improve a players accuracy? Thought I read that somewhere….
I was thinking of pairing an EM 6 with the railgun on various bots. Maybe on the Orion.

Maybe on the Orion. Yeah, I forget who, but someone on the forum recommended that. I tried it out a bit and it did help with distance shots. |

I'm guessing that following the target whilst pressing the button should help to some extent.

Maybe on the Orion. I mentioned that early on. If you hit with the EM, you should at the very least hit the target with one RG or LA round simultaneously. It's not perfect, but it helps. |

I guess when mixing the EM with another sniper weapon, you could single fire the EM first and the move your thumb over to the other weapon or to the big fire button and press that and hopefully both would fire at the same time and hit at the same time. Almost sounds like Panther would be the best mech for this as the Stasis Field would give you the time to aim and fire like that.
