The only thing that I'm seeing improve my ability to kill Seraphs is falling down into Masters II lately so I'm not AS troubled by Champs level setups.

I take note of the pilot names and icon of aerial Seraphs, drop my Sonic Scorpion with Beak, and hunt them down one by one.
Sometimes I use Sonic Skyros or Sonic Revenant, but the Scorpion is wicked for this role. A friend of mine swears by his Sonic Ravana as well as being beastly for weathering the lightning as you close in on the drop zone.

Exactly what I run. Wait until they land and you can kill most with one clip and the vanish. Repeat.

Yeah I need to get a Scorpion, just for killing Seraphs.
My go to Seraph killer (that works) is a mk3 maxed Harpy with Fainter/Hornet set up with paralysis repair button damage and Yang Lee pilot for shieldbreaker (only from the air), it can hurt lesser variety Seraph in the air but mk3 maxed Seraph with maxed modules, maxed drones and pilots and every other damn thing, it won't really work in the air, but catch them on the ground it will kill them or most of them.. some are unusually armored and near un-killable even on the ground which of course is questionable. But anyways, always on the lookout for the best Seraph destroyer.
Note: My Harpies(2) with every available damage ability- modules, pilots, drone, it puts out at maximum- 250% damage increase.. that just goes to show,, 250% damage increase and its hard to beat a Maxed Seraph in the air and that's using some of the best weapons available, (Fainter/Hornet). My Siren with Decay or Smuta or Punchers.. and my personal favorite, a Hammer Siren set up and still none of these systems will dent the 7000+ cup guys Seraph in the air. IMO the Fainter/Hornet best combo going right now.
Another killer is typhoon with 4× Razdors and shieldbreaker, use damage accumulated damage chips in paralysis so you get your 70% plus can still use the shieldbreaker on typhoon. Again best to catch it on the ground.
I know there are guys using Hazards but I don't have 4 of them ready. I discussed earlier about Webers. And at Champion level they don't do the job, I don't know about Grauss or Volt.

Most Serephs can be easy kills as long as your teammates don’t shoot them when flying. Too many times blues charge up their repair amps in the air making them more difficult to damage on the ground.
The common theme in this thread is sonics.

OK, I've gone anti-Seraph and for now even anti-flying (coincidentally). Latest star? it's obvious but... Behemoth Smuta Robo-Arm-Guy Paralyzer w/extra lock-down 2 x On Damage:Damage, and the ubiquitous shield chip. Shield-to-the-mo-flappin'-Breaker! Others have said it but Smuta is one of the few things to really take advantage of the OnD:D chips because of its big clip. Oh. Yeah. It isn't always uber but my goodness you let me take a breather to reload and get my SB back, YOU'RE GOING TO REMEBER ME. Lol. Yes, it can be QUITE damaging to Seraphs but on the right map it can be a great first drop even if I go down after a minute. It can put a real dent in their initial rush and give us a chance to shore-up a second wave a little. J.u.n.k.M.a.l.e.

I nailed one with the reflector on my weather chicken.
It was trying to but the hurt on me in a spot of air to air combat. I watched it's health drain away in no time flat.

Please offer-up your Seraph counters here. Thanks. —- I’m really starting to like this one, Yang Pilot for solid air support, AdGuard for when things get rough and the last CrackDrone, Persephone w OnDmgDmg and OnRepDef for when it’s time to brawl. Currently running NA 2xRA, and a likely candidate for any early luck on the new mod.

J.u.n.k.M.a.l.e. . We'd love your comments here about using Leech in the modern, Seraph infested meta. Yes indeed, I have some thoughts and receipts! You generally get one of two reactions from Seraphs in a leech: Either they don't know what your are and shoot directly into your face, or, like the gaggle of Seraphs in the photo above, they know what you are but have no idea what to do about it so they turn away. So let's look at some Leech/Seraph interactions from earlier today: Razdor Leech w/ Shieldbreaker vs. SeraphThe simplest version of, "I'm a Seraph, I can shoot at anything without consequence." As one who is wont to 「fluffernutter」 around will do, the Seraph found out. Havoc Leech w/ Phase Shift vs. Skryos, Seraph, and SirenPlease forgive grabbing the wrong drone--meant to grab Glider, wasn't getting any benefit from the On Repair chips on the Nebula. Was a panic drop to stop the Skyros. Anyway, here we see the opposite reaction: the Seraph knows exactly what this Leech is about and is trying to hide like what we in the Champion League like to call "a little 「female dog」." The good news for him is that he manages to keep me away until my ability is on cooldown. The bad news is, even without the Leech ability, it's four point blank Havocs to the face, which isn't that much better. Fainter Leech w/ Phase Shift vs. Khepri and SeraphAs Oliver Kloesov no doubt remembers we were getting completely rolled by EXO here, so it's tough to say whether the Khepri didn't recognize the Leech or didn't care if he got nuked. Still, I think it illustrates that the Leech, while not exactly a brawler, can be made less fragile than you remember.
So, all of that said, thoughts... I like it! I like the Havoc and Fainter about equally--the Razdor I feel just doesn't give me as much punch and I'm happier with those on a Mars where I've got all day to run around and reload. It works for one particular use case--shooting at other people with bendies, since you don't need LOS to use your ability on them--but broadly speaking you'll maximize your ability by standing where everyone can shoot you, so you don't really get to maximize your ability with Razdor. I'm running two leeches but they have the same pilot and the same skills except for the weapon-specific one... mods-wise, you need anti-control so you can get into and out of cover, and the repair amps really increase your survivability. The drone is a product of phase shift, and we're not re-inventing the wheel here; the wisdom of the Leech meta remains, IMO, undisturbed. NOTE: REPLACE SHIELD BREAKER WITH PHASE SHIFT. Sorry, been trying a LOT of stuff.

I've nabbed a surprising number of those fairies with a griffin, packing havocs and stings (on a baby account in diamond). wouldn't get away with it in masters, but laugh? I nearly 「dookie」 every time

my counter is eldritch khepri-4x augmented scalds because it counters most things with high defense, reflectors, flying, titans and whatever else comes along ...quick burst and explosion damage also continuous fire.
slight modifications - quantum radar - shield breaker (maybe if you run 2 have one of each)
explosion damage ignores reflector - physical shields - high defense
good for killing seraphs-ALL flying bots-shells-fenrirs-titans of all kinds-skyros and so on and so on and works very very well for me in most instances.

4 Wasps hurt pretty bad and you can hit them while flying.
