So as we all know, the gimmick of the radiation weapons (other than crazy damage, which is typical of new releases) is that the damage of their later shots are way more powerful than their first shots. Well, I am a bit confused as to when exactly the most and least powerful shots are fired. If we say the weak shot is 1, the medium power shot is 2, and the big, powerful shot is 3, do the weapons fire like this:
111 222 333?
Or do they fire like this:
123 123 123?
I’ve asked a few people and they usually say the latter, but are often not completely sure. I myself thought it was the former based on my experience with them in skirmishes, but I do not have them in my hangars and thus do not have a ton of personal testing. Does anyone here know how they work?

As far as I know the way 'Tubers describe it is the former, 111 222 333, and that's what I seem to see happen as well.

If it is the former ...im doing it wrong and will throw away the first shots. Will yest later tonite. Ive felt its a 123 123 123 with every third shot doing more damage. Manny did a vid early on and described it ....he threw away the first shot of each cycle.

I just started using them recently and assumed the third grouping was the strongest. But I just ran a couple after reading this and BY GOLLY I was wrong! The third pop of each cycle is indeed the money shot, or I’m hallucinating again.

Clarified by someone from Wiki who works closely with community manager Shredder-Blitz on stat sheets. So it maxes out on the final shot

I’m running a set on Rev and he’ll get right up in there. Shield, schmield. I’m getting my damage stack. Darn tootin! Don’t let the 600m range fool you. The fast reload and stack potential might make them brawl worthy. More testing required before I decide. |
