I get lost connections, pauses and lag in MA. Would using a VPN help with this 🤔?

I think that is more a problem of their servers and associated to a high ping. Not sure how a VPN would help, unless you're able to connect to a better server, but in general in these cases the closer the better.

No.... restart your modem, router and device. .... after that check your internet speed/connectivity. Rarely you can switch your wifi to an alternate source, then back....( some samsung devices have this issue usually after an update)

I don't know where this VPN legend comes from, prolly Plarium themselves.
But this is plain BS to blame the victims (the users) instead of addressing the actual culprits (Plarium's infrastructure architects) 🙄

If it's Plariums servers why does my game match start about 2 to 3 seconds after everyone else? They don't have the lag. They cap beacons while I'm still spawning.

Because for some reason they can't manage the load. Some players will start right away but other will be added to the game sequentially, after the previous entries have been flushed.

Probably I'm totally wrong with this theory. I've been facing more real players recently, so I think that Plarium is allowing people further from each other to play together. The problem with this is that if the host server is too far from you and the connection is not good at any end, you will be experiencing a lag. But that doesn't happen every time. If this is becoming a constant problem for you, you definitely need to check your connection. Are multiple people streaming at your house when you play?

You could move to Chattanooga. I saw they now have 25G internet. It's only $1500 a month. 😉

I have a problem with lag when I connect via my home Wi-Fi. I connect at 5G and my extender is at "optimal" range from my Rogers modem but I still freeze at critical times. So, I just disconnect from my Wi-Fi and play on my phone's data connection when I play MA.
