I've been saving up my WP as I work towards my 5th slot. It looks like Tridents are the next weapon I should invest WP into, but I dont have a Fury to load them on to. So what is the best use of Tridents with a pre-Fury hanger?

If you have 4x Tarans and Magnums already, go for Natasha with Tridents/Pins.
She can carry you just as fine as if you had a Fury, sincerely speaking the Fury isnt all that good anymore and with the introduction of the new map things are getting even worse for him.

Also try a set of molots on a nat with tridents i preferred that to the shorter ranged pins. I found with the trident/pin nat I'd be getting hit by RDB griffins a lot.
Tridents on a carnage worked well too because the speed of the carnage helped in many ways.
Now that I have my fury I can tell you, it can really turn a game around.

All reasonable possible setups you could try out.

Tri carnage is very effective, before diamond 1 i was doing 650k and never dieng in it lol, d1 has enouph zues and good treb bots to take it down somewhat early, on small maps i suicide for a beacon with it in the first minute for a knige fighter...
the slower bots may get more firepower but lack the speed to switch targets the way carnage can. I can get hit wit a treb and hide from him while still remaining effective also. Also its not even worth firing your trident on a carnage unless somebody else it hitting their shield. Anyway i can go on and on how my carnage takes down furys garys and galahads and has the soeed to run away all day.
Im just a +1 for carnage trident

Carnage is the only one of those bots that I really like. Currently I am running 8/8 Thunder, but it seems like a good place to get some practice in with the Tridents.

I've been using Trident/Pin Natasha until very recently and I've been pleased with it. Identical DPS to a Trident Fury, though it does give up that 100m. On the other hand, I've switched to a Trident Carnage and been surprised at how useful it is, between the full range and the mobility letting me move around for more shots or get under cover after shooting.
