Ok, all you Arc Torrent users... What is the reload time of the Arc Torrent? I see in my AT6 stats that it is 15s. Is that for full reload? I seem to remember that it's like the beam weapons in that after a couple of seconds, you get like 20% capacity back. Reason I ask is because I keep using System Crash on AT mechs and they start firing on me almost right away.

AT is back online at about 20%, only a couple seconds. Range, and damage are much better implants, but if you have a slot, I'd get it.

The wait is 3 seconds after depleting a magazine (or System Crash) to be able to start firing again.

Geez, that is ridiculously OP. The AT12 is going to be a freaking nightmare. I actually faced a guy who had it cloned already. Sheesh.
