Checked the hanger of the top two in my bracket with some strange results. Revisited multiple times while they were "in a battle", but their hangers show only 1 of 5 bots with weapons.

Plarium is supposedly doing tests on hangar-based matchmaking. I was definitely in a test group for a little while. I have seen some folks equip what seem like "tanking" hangars occasionally since. But I don't think it actually fools the matchmaker though.

reconnecting Seems like an odd solo bot choice given the effect doesn't last long or lock a bot down. Pilot must be very good or lucky enough every red isn't targeting him from the moment his feet hit the floor. I'd kinda like to see this pilot in action. He was over 10k when I last logged in and still climbing.

Yeah something weird happened this week. Top two pilots in my bracket had pretty standard hangars (with less than 10 kills per battle on average), and in this tournament looking at their numbers they were making 30 kills per battle 😳!! The day before I saw the same than nocluevok, a pilot with more than 300k exp, with weapons only on a Stalker, and also with more than 25 kills per battle on average.

Ok, now I was curious and googled it and found this video:
Apparently only happened to some people... this is the definition of unfair competition.
