I got stalker offered to me for $2 and bought it, but now idk what weapons to put on it
Most of my good weapons are already being used. I kinda came down to either longarms or gauss, and i'd rather go for gauss since I dont have to level my mech another star to equip them.
So as for gauss, I saw shotgun 8 for $2 in the shop, is it possible to get gauss rifle 6 for $2 too? Or any other reccomendations for stalker guns?

I only recently got mine but I know it's good with Javelins and Rocker Mortars. Just running one RM12 on it can be pretty effective. ArcTorrents are good too though you have to be very careful since Stalker is rather squishy (less so now with the HP boost). I think Gauss and Longarms do well on it, but I am not totally sure about GRs. I've gotten lit up by them a couple times but I don't own any myself.
Don't bother buying EN6 weapons - they are resource sucks that you soon stop using. Jav6s and AT6s are the exceptions.

What is the energy level of your Stalker?
I totally agree with the previous recommendations, at the beginning he dies too easily, so weapons that reduce your exposure are better.

I’ve found success with Jav 6/8 and Missile Racks. Missile Racks really surprised me. I’ve never used but would imagine rocket mortars would be good too.

I think the Stalker has the same HP as the Ares now. I was surprised when I hit a maxed Stalker hard during it's ability and it didn't die. It's pretty tough now.

I put an MR12 on my Stalker with an RPG4. Corner shooting ftw. ;-)
