I recall they did this recently when a bunch of folks bought the 50 million gold offer (yes, 50 Million). It was an error on Pix’s part, but a bunch of people immediately started buying silver with the gold, fully leveled their hangers, thenPix noticed the error. They took back all the gold and silver which put many players in the significant negative category (as in -2 million gold). They did allow people to keep the leveled up hangers though. AD gaming had a video about it a while back.
Sooooooo, did you recently get a deal that seemed too good to be true?

Title says it all….why you ask? The pics below will explain what I woke up to this morning. No idea what happened, but my gold and silver were also depleted, HARD,â¦but not negative. Be careful, they are grabbing your money. Not saying I had a lot of keys or funky coins, but Pt was well into triple digits, and well, yeaâ¦. Iâll check in here but Iâm done with this 「dookie」 game for a while.    Looks like a major glitch on PIX’s part. I’m sure if you contact their help line they can restore your resources to yesterday’s amounts. There’s a digital footprint that keeps your progress and PIX can go back and verify. Send them snapshots and your estimated levels from before the SNAFU and they should be able to help you. I’m not sure how long it will take, but it should be less than a week. |

Yeah, this is the sort of thing customer support should act on fairly quickly. They must trawl through the complaints about lag and MM looking for things they can actually do something about. You're a paying customer and it's a financial issue - one that should be easy to identify. A kick in the teeth to wake up to, I'm sure, but I think they'll sort it out for you. Best of luck.

It's just a bug. Even possibly bugs brought on by hackers just because Pixonic is a Russian company. Take it with a grain of salt. They can clearly tell you can't go negative keys. I'm sure all the current bugs will be fixed, thing is who knows when. Hope they resolve your situation soon and don't let the silly 「dookie」 ruin your day.

So to add insult to injury, I was going to swap out my garage for a bit and give my other spiders, namely the two Jaegers, Raijin, and Rayker some field time. Run some LR assault for a bit. Rolling with the punches, I find their semi leveled pilots missing. I had the two Jaeger specific pilots at a decent lvl, now gone. I decided to check over everything then. Least I still have all the bots I won I don’t use, but missing a drone. Hack, Pix bs, something’s going on. I’ve had to change all my passwords since I use my iPad and iOS platform to play, just in case.
Be on the lookout, check then recheck your hangars. Dunno what’s going on but I’m a little annoyed.

It looks like just what I pictured above, and some pilots were effected. That said, I’ll still check in here, but I’m only playing maybe 30 min a day now. Not gonna let this game get the better of me. Pix can do what they want, I’m done fighting for and against them. It’s obvious the direction of this game. Just remember, all the crazy bots and weps that dropped in Jan 2022. Now come back to this thread at the end of the yr. I’m sure there will be all kinds of new meta crap we will be dealing with. When that one shot one kill magic from hell bullet that defies all laws of physics, nature, and reality, I’ll walk away. Bendies are just an annoyance. I feel much worse is coming. And the way this game will be played with be its death blow. Kinda sad.
(not trying to be a Debbie downer, but the fun factor is slowly being sucked away)

I'm sure you haven't but it is worth asking... you have not loaned your account information to anyone or installed any third-party software to "boost" yourself, right? I've seen many people do it in many games and they all wake up one day to find their account gutted, and since they violated the terms of service, the damage is irreparable. Is there any chance you did something like this?
Otherwise, do not give up quite yet, the new update is around the corner and I wonder if all the weirdness going on with the hangar is just byproducts of Pixonic starting to decommission this version. I hope all ends up well for you!

I can't believe they would do something like this - but somebody commented on one of my Youtube videos saying they had the same problem.
