I generally appreciate that politics isn't allowed on this forum, but if we can keep posting locked threads of every single video War Robots YouTubers make, then I strongly feel that we should have this video up as well. It is from Mayer, who I never realized until now was streaming from the Ukraine. All it asks is that people follow the hashtag #StandWithUkraine if they want learn about protests and any other social actions to help in the face of this invasion.
For those who don't know, Mayer is one of the best YouTubers the Mech Arena community has, and has been a prolific source of tips and tricks. And now apparently he is one of the millions of ordinary people in the line of fire. The Russian military has been honing remarkably brutal anti-civilian tactics, directly and through proxy forces in several wars now, particularly in Chechnya and Syria. So we shouldn't underestimate how bad this war can get for the innocent civilians of the Ukraine.
Koalabear if you or any of the other admins could lock this thread that would be appreciated. Despite the title (which were the last words of a group of Ukrainian soldiers), I don't want to start a contentious thread that then gets erased. I just feel it is important that of all the videos this forum advertises to a wider audience, this one is included. Overall War Robots/MA is a small community but it's bigger than just Mayer's subscription base. The few venues that exist to amplify his request on something of such gravity should do so. Thanks.
