So, I went ahead and got the Stalker because it was new and shiny but forgot the golden rule in this game - which happens to be the rule that keeps me playing - just because something is new doesn't mean it's better then what you already have or is currently available.
I've taken it out a few times now, and so far, I'm pretty disappointed. Yes, it's low level and al that, but I got it predominantly for the damage bonus and I figured it was faster than the BH, it's ability cooled down faster, and the heals would offset the BH's higher HP pool.
But, I'm starting to think that I should have just gotten the BH. Sure, I wanted a hangar of fast mechs, but with the Stalker, I really just fell in love with the idea of the single shot kill from cover idea. But, the BH could do this too AND bolster team mates nearby at the same time. Plus, I probably have a ton of BH blueprints by now while Stalker blueprints trickle in bit by bit.
So, I think I'm gonna save up the 900k+ credits and just get the BH and to heck with an all fast hangar.

And it does stand up well against some of the new toys that were added to MA. In Tournament I add a Mortar 12 and Jav 6 and that is my answer to mortars on open maps. Not as easy to mortar the enemy to death when mortar rounds are incoming on you. BH can tank with blue team into enemy ground with Carbines too. Fun bot to play.

I've wanted to do the single shot kill with JR8 ever since I saw a vid of it with Stalker. But, I should have just gone the BH route and not spend the credits and A-coins leveling up my Stalker to be able to do it. Oh well...it'll take like 3 weeks of not spending my credits to save up to buy the BH. But...is it worth it now that I have the Stalker? IDK...have to think about it.

I just had a fun outing with BH in a cpc match. 4 kills and a control point (?).

I think my original reasoning for getting the Stalker was to get a mech that can hit like the BH and be as fast as the Panther. Part of my reasoning was that in this world of DRG16, nothing can stand up to that sort of firepower anyway, not even a BH. Sure, it won't get one shot killed by a twin blast, but it'll die in the next second cause it can't get to cover fast enough.
I think I'll keep on trucking with what I have. I only pulled out the Stalker cause this week's TDM maps are good for JR builds. When I play CPC, which is my norm, I'll shelve it again in favour of my KS.
I just don't have the patience to save up the 900k credits. Not when I so want to max my other mechs first.

BH has the immediate advantage of starting at R5 out of the box. Being slow as a brick, it means getting caught in CQC with long range is a death sentence, even with the extra health. As touch of death mechs, using a Thanos Stalker AND RG+MR BH for RG builds may fare better than using a dual RG build. The most use I personally get out of Brickhouse: -strapping Arc torrents to it when the map is really tight, and getting my free multi kills if too many enemies are in one place. If the AI wants to beef, or the enemy team is getting too ballsy and camping your spawn, this thing DELETES TEAMS unless they disable it immediately. With spawn immunity giving time to hit OC before letting it rip, it's nasty. -Snipers on big maps. Same reason. Enemy sniped you through their Panther fence? Drop in while it's on C/D and delete them on sight.
