Hi All,
I created a clan for me and my kids and any other like-minded parent/kid teams that want to join. My concern is that I am Masters II-ish (fluctuates) and my kids are gold and expert. If I understand correctly, the squad rules pair based on the highest ranked member - is that correct?
If that is correct, my dream of creating a family friendly parent/kids clan may never get far off the ground (stuck as a 3-person clan
). Regardless, does anyone here have any advice for how I could make something like this successful? We have a blast when we squad together, but recently went against HOOD and it was, as expected, a bloodbath. My 9 year old daughter, who is lowest ranked, lasted the longest because she is good at running and hiding while my son and I fully engaged and got destroyed. We watched in awe as she was literally the last blue on the field and held her own for a minute with her well-leveled Nodens (She in fact had 3 bots left at the end). Apparently there is something to be said for run and hide when you are outgunned.
That said, the clan is **Parent**Trap** on iOS. I set a minimum trophy at 1500 just so it wasn't totally imbalanced, but still - 1500 to 4500+ is a huge gap in bot and capability. If anyone wants to join as a family set up please reach out. Not opposed to parent solos (if there are any valiant protectors out there who don't mind the occasional beat down by being out-clan'd), but no kid solos.
