The first battle is SO annoying... It just shows how Ares can do damage but not get near a beacon in a BEACON game. So this "Ares PIlot" is a liability to his team.
THANKS FOR NOTHING. This 'tuber should not be allowed to make this kind of video; it's BAD for his "brand."

This critique is ill-founded, it is not midrange bots’ job to capture beacons, as they are instead defensive damage dealers. I know that does not match your play style, but that does not make it bad. |

You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but if we were choosing up teams for kickball I wouldn’t choose him first. Yes, midrange is not as important as brawlers for a win, but that has no bearing on my argument. What you are saying is like criticizing Phantom for not being able to 1v1 titans like Fenrir or Revenant can. It is just not the bot or build’s purpose. |

Many older bots can still do well even in beacon battles, and midrange is a different play style with all the tanks now in play. I see no issue with a teammate playing support bots, even healers which can’t brawl, as long as their hangar has balance. My hangar is not Fen/Rev/Lurch, but a balance of tanks and speed/support. I guess this opinion could be rejected if dislike of a certain YTer is part of it. I kind of enjoy the occasional video that is not about all newer gear MK3 max drone stuff. Kind of fun, no mater who makes it.
