You can't judge anything at level 8. Fafnir is garbage at level 8.  Um... No. If they get charged up then they are OP. Yup what Wolfblood said. It's the forever flight that breaks this bot, not speed, not Shield breaker Pilot, not inbuilt weapons, not even the Absorber, or the 200% Titan damage. It is the indefinite flight mode that makes all the above broken and super OP by making them permanent if the user wishes it so. Ever play a game in "god mode"? Welcome to Fafnir fairy land where bots run on pixie dust and pew pew everyone with hyper charged stats cause some idiot kept shooting the "purple" Absorber Shield and we never have to land...NEVAR! |

Pretty sure high levels with the right jacked up drones have a lot more to do with this than being charged up. Most Fafs drop fast if airborne too long. Prisma makes short work of Faf plague. The only god Fafs I encounter are top Champ spender versions, they do very well….same as spender Rev, or xyz…….. |

Ah, your IOS. Steam player pool is very small. Once you hit E-3 you are facing Champs with legend cups or E-league tankers with full MK3 (3.1) lvl gear.
Edit: Since cross platform it has gotten better but still see Mk3 gear, but to what extent the person has you can't see if it's just their Fafnir.

Well, I finally got to test out the Khepri this morning - and I'm underwhelmed to say the least. 4 light weapons aren't enough firepower for it, unlike the Blitz who has the Break-In ability too. It can only heal within a 100m range which is useless as people just go out of range. It has a lot more health than I expected, but it's just a free bag of silver. I have found that the Kramola is seemingly the best build right now, they have definitely buffed that since I last tried those weapons out. Still, not much damage. But yeah, for a new robot that I expected everyone to go crazy over and instantly become top meta, I am very surprised. And it doesn't just seem to be me that thinks this. When Orochi or Fafnir was on the test server, they were everywhere. At least two people in each team would run full hangars, and it was unbearable. But the Khepri is a rare sight. It's mostly Orochis still, and Fafnirs. So unless there is a huge buff then I can't see this making it into the meta. Unless at MK3 it performs better which it probably will, with maxed drones, pilots and whatever. But right now it just seems like a floating GI Patton that can heal for a few seconds, nothing special. Blitz and Fenrir were both underwhelming when they first came out. |

The only reason I wouldn't put it #1 is playstyle and game-type influences the viability of the main top bots right now. Khepri is ridiculous in beacon games and a brut in TDM. The only real counter when a gaggle of Khepris is defending a red beacon is to go for another beacon to get them off that one. You're not going to take down 2-3 Khepris. But that should mean there are other opportunities on the map. The biggest issue is that those three often understand the best strategy is to get themselves camped close to blue spawn so new-spawned blues either can't get by to get to other beacons or get distracted and (mistakenly) try to dislodge the Khepri party. |

Had a game where 3 of them latched on to each other, and went around the map that way. It took 4 of us to kill 2. I died. So can't say what happened to the 3rd. But it left us with just 1 beacon. |

back to back death squads last nite, 4/6 Keps on first drop playing TDM. 3/6 Keps on second drop. 3 min into match I was a ghost as were all others but 2 blues. Turned into basically a Kepri orgy, blue v red Kepri festival.
