Don't get me wrong, more events are better than less. But it has gotten so hectic that I do not even stop to look at what prints I get when opening creates. The SB8 event....I cannot even tell you what is all in there. I just feel like we are being treated like donkeys with a carrot out in front of us to see if we will change our hanger just to get a prize. I have left so many A-coins on the table because i refuse to search for the cheese in this Labyrinth of a game. I don't even go back and swap weapons to earn the individual Mech Achievements. Basically I earn whatever I earn by playing "My Game" not "Their Game" Anyone else burned out by this?

I didn't even bother with the Zep specialization thing last week. I just play a few games a day and that's it.

I don’t bother intentionally trying to complete any of them. I only play 2-3 games a day, which themselves are starting to be a chore lately, unless I manage to hook up with human teammates for a few more, so most of those events go unfinished. Game has just gotten too frustrating to try to complete most of those tasks.

They make a big deal about these events and stuff, but the reward isn't worth the effort. If I try and play the match with a reward in mind, changing my play-style, usally I can chalk the game up as a Loss.

I usually complete the events just through the natural amount I play. Switching up my hangar just adds in some variety and gives me a little goal to aim for, so I don't mind. I don't spend to complete events though and I'll only invest resources if the return makes sense. Like last the specialization event was for Zephyr which I had so I completed that but I didn't bother with the MR6 which I don't own.
I rarely notice what I get out of the crates. Frankly it's just been that way before even all the events got added - just too many crates to bother.

I threw the Arachnos in for the derby… but only because it’s at 16 en so can take the place of my Shadow and use LAs… and because all you have to really do for today’s tasks is spawn it and switch mechs if I just don’t want to bother with it.
Not going to upgrade it until the last day since there are bound to be multiple tasks requiring that.
Why even do that much? Even though I don’t really know if I will come around to liking the SB 8… if I can get it free… while mostly playing like I normally play… why not?
So… it’s not really a bother for me.
But yeah, I feel the sentiment of the OP… I skipped the Zep and the MR events.

Same with S1E1. I usually finish events through my normal amount of play in the day it comes out. Been trying out the Achievements recently and my W/L ratio is taking a hit but I like me some goals. Then I realized you need to complete all the achievements and shudder at the thought of racking up damage for Autocannons On a side note, anybody successfully got gold skins from the Achievements? Any tips?

Any tips? The most doable mech to complete achievements for me is the Panther. Just need to get the needed carbine damage and long arm kills from >70 meters. They are a grind as my Panther is maxed so I leave a lot of damage on the table by not using dual Railguns or Stasis Beams. Some mechs to me are impossible to complete at max XP bar like Shadow. I know Autocannon achievements seem bad but they seem to be just getting a damage total on enemy mechs. A grind but still doable. The Shotgun achievements are indeed impossible as they require you TO KILL ENEMY WITH SHOTGUN WHILE THEY ARE CAPTURING YOUR CONTROL POINT. Enemy Ai do not stay in the control point to take them when I am trying to fight them using a shotgun. They exit the circle and fight. I have gotten ZERO kills for this in all my attempts. FLUFFERNUTTER!
