They are less than ideal. Nerfed splash damage. Plus in the age of tanks and midrange.....even more so less than ideal. Got 4 maxed that I used to use on big Boe. But they are nearly useless. Haven’t used them since Yamantau was in the rotation. Even towards the end of that time, they started to be lackluster. Didn’t even put it in for the operation thingy that required 500m plus damage. What was the point? To get immediately deleted from the game? They are ok for six pak, but could use the splash radius back.

I didn’t dislike the posting of OP but more the content of the video being 4 weapons , top shelf module and other than the low health Titans the Bots were weak strength. Just not in my opinion a good portrayal of the Weapon unless in low league.

The best part to me is that even being ultra-pimped out they were only decent. Like, I could literally tell that Hel, Dragoon, or Hornet would have been better.
I still vividly remember switching my Behemoth from Tridents to Dragoons. The Tridents were 1.11, 1.10, 1.10, and 1.9 (yes, weird leveling, I know) and the Dragoons were all 1.8. I was hesitant to level the Dragoons because they were expensive, I was not sure how much better they would be than Tridents since on paper they seemed rather similar, and because I was super nostalgic for Trident in spite of its performance clearly falling short. My Tridents were several years old at that point and had been in almost continuous use that whole time through so many metas, so I was big-time attached to them.
After playing only a few battles with Dragoons, I regretted not switching sooner. Dragoons blew Tridents out of the stinking water, it was just sad. Plus, Dragoon is not even the best midrange weapon, but Tridents are just that far behind.
