Just got back into MA…played a tournament and someone running Lancer w/Shotgun took MVP. Good build idea?
I have Killshot and Shadow (his Thermal Lance Shadow was good).
As always, any advice is appreciated.

As always, any advice is appreciated. Shotgun Shadow can be a beast on short tournament maps. I use it as a clean up hitter later in a battle. Never drop him first. Too easy to get frozen in your tracks and blown out of your socks as everyone seems to drop their zephyr first. Helps if you buddy up with a bot you can use for mobile cover. Mine are leveled to 6.3 and they pack quite a wallop. |

As others have said, don't over invest in the shotguns. They are very hard to use against human players and smarter AI.
