Greetings to the folk of the forum. I hope you are all in good form. I've been playing for, it seems like forever now - I remember thinking they'd broken the game when the Lancelot came along. I'm only just now coming to the forum, to hopefully make some connections and maybe share some occasional fan art. I play a free game with an unconventional loadout style and often finish in 6th, but I don't mind pushing it uphill a bit. It's just such a good game. Here's my standard hangar -  Sometimes I'll swap the Ravana out for a Falcon or Lancelot, for a taste of the oldy times. Just the old brawlers I had levelled when the Fenrirs made them redundant. Got both those Fens out of crates. Had to workshop the Tyr. As you can see, I also love the old weapons for the 'childish satisfaction' bonus they give me. I hope this doesn't make me too many enemies. But in a combat game, that's kind of unavoidable isn't it? |

You appear to have seen your share of battlefield moments, and prolly all/mostly F2P…. Looks like like you’re doing pretty well w your gear and levels.. but yeah, you broke the game w the Lance…. I don’t know why you did it, but it is what it is… ;-) hehehe

Welcome to the forum! Below are my suggestions.
Your hangar is mostly tanks. I would suggest you to remove that Corona from the Tyr and replace it with the Punisher from the Ravana.
Focus on WS weapons and buy some Modules. You can switch weapon and modules around on bots. Get rid of the silver weapons on the Fenrir and replace them of meta or Tier 4 weapons.
Tanks are made to brawl so get rid of that Trebuchet. Replace it with a sustained damage weapon like Bane, Hel or Ember. Change the Molots too. The Orkan has a 350m range so swap that out with some Tulumbases. This would make a 500m build.
Congrats on getting your weapons to MK2 and most importantly, have fun!

Thanks heaps for the tips 2703, they're all good, but I do make these unconventional selections. That Treb/Molot Fenrir is my 'anti-sniper', and I've honestly grown to love it. That Orkan on the other Fen is also an incentive for me to push, as well as a handy boost when the Scorps show up. These things also help make people think I'm a bit dim. Maybe they're right, but I'm happily one of those 'grinning' idiots.
And yeah, I heard that song in my head Browncoats, but I took it to mean the 'forum bus', and I'm happy to share the ride.

I’m surprised you didn’t give gus169 a citation or at least a warning for the multiple, and quite blatant, violations to the Rules Of Symmetrical Weapons Placement. I don’t know, maybe you are enamoured with the FenDeer’s front and center placement or maybe the Holiday season is instilling a generous spirit. In any case, you leave me no choice but to bring this up in the next Symmetrical Weapons Alignment and Placement meeting, aka the SWAP Meet. All kidding aside, welcome Gus! I would recommend going full Flames on the Phantom. And try to build her a defensive drone (aka use OnHeal Defense chips and a MildDmg Absorber Shield chip). |

Welcome to the forum mate! Though I would critique your hangar, others have done so already and if you have been playing since pre-Lancelot then you clearly know what you’re doing. Besides, you are in a higher league than me anyway, so clearly you are doing something right! Anyway, as other have said, feel free to join in on strategy/equipment reviews, rants, news, and whatever else is being discussed! Also, I look forward to that fan art you mentioned, that does not show up here super often. See you in the message boards, commander!

If I'm red and saw that hangarthen I'd probably avoid it. Do I go struggle fighting the thick beefy 「fluffernutter」er in food knifes in the corner or.. do I go after the fellawith a new look that unprovern and probably not leveled or at least 50/50 not ready....
Except for the tyr and the kid (which are beauties)( i just don't have em) I'm bettinghou're have some fun 「bum-bum」 matches!!!
