MA - Crazy mech death in arena today

This just happened and I wish I was recording video but at least I got a screenshot. In the Mech Arena, I was at center beacon with a Jugg attacking me. I made a dash towards him but was killed in the dash. Well, this did not result in the normal mech crumble with the wheel moving forward but instead the whole mech when up the ramp in the middle then just took off into the sky! It even made a move part way up towards the right and in the direction of the sun. It eventually got all the way there and disappeared. Killshot Icarus!
