CLARIFICATION OF FORUM SECTIONS
A message from the Moderators to members
To start, the following is not merely Ogre’s opinion, but the content of the Code of Conduct and the opinion of the team of Moderators here.
It is necessary to point out the reason the moderators added the title Revelations to the Rants section is to show that threads that are mostly bickering about the game or Pixonic business model should be put there. It is not a punishment, its just where it belongs. The purpose in trying to separate that type of content from general discussion is that the subject matter is typically a debbie downer, and we’d like to keep sections like GD and T&A more upbeat and productive, because we are here to enjoy the game. If you generally hate the game and mainly have negative things to say about it, that’s fine, but we ask that you post that in Rants & Revelations. This doesn’t mean negative opinions can’t or won’t appear in various sections, it just means primarily downbeat threads and rants should go to their proper home.
It is really no different than when we move certain threads from General Discussion that belong in Tips & Advice.
We also need to remind you there is a broad spectrum of members here, both F2P and those who pay to varying degrees. So out of respect for your fellow members, save your general slander of paying players for the Rants & Revelations.
Lastly, the propagation or encouragement of anti-teamwork or tanking will not be tolerated in this forum even in Rants & Revelations. If you are intent to share these things, take it to the War Robots Community Facebook pages where fellow tankers and people who don’t care about helping their team will relish your tanking tactics.
We understand the game has issues and we all share the same frustrations, but most of us really enjoy War Robots, and this forum mainly exists to share this enjoyment with our community and find answers to help our gameplay improve. So please put the debbie downer stuff where it belongs, or take it somewhere else.
Thanks,
Forum Moderators
