They're basically going to be low RoF rockets with a high projectile speed that have slight tracking.
They're releasing in 2 phases, an event phase, and regular purchase(unlock through XP).
If there is going to be a 16 cost version, happy hunting chaps:

I got more of a grenade launcher feel than rocket... but the effect is very similar. I definitely reserve judgement, for now. But I am mostly positive about it. I don't know that I will go all in on the 8s if I get them during the event, though. I want higher level items. I am a little worried about it being a 16, though. We need 16 EN weapons... but this thing seems to be a bit too good to make strong enough to rival RG... tracking and splash? IDK... they've mostly been good with balance, so far... so maybe this will be a good addition.

I didn't see it before, but looks like you might only get one weapon at a time and then you have to clone it. I'm just about ready to rank up my Shadow, so I don't mind. I can replace one of the JRs with a DL8 and have two types of auto tracking weapons. It feels more like a spinning curveball that explodes and does splash to me. I'd hoped we could bounce it off walls and such...oh well.

I'm hoping that is just place holder text... the system of pairs for EN 8 and below and singles for EN 10 and up is good... they shouldn't fix what ain't broke.
