The time is drawing nigh for my exit from War Robots. The orbital strike/mothership will be the thing that drives me from this game. I've briefly pondered leaving before, but this is THE tipping point.
I have my Murometz behind total cover in Rome - not a red in sight - yet I lose chunks of HP from a weapon and enemy I cannot see nor hit, and no counter available. Utter and complete bull「dookie」. Titans were a game-changer, but they are interactive additions that require aptitude and tactics. Motherships require nothing but waiting & pushing an onscreen button. The sniper era was bad enough but at least you could see them, and get good enough to get close and neutralize the threat. There is no way to neutralize a BS MS.
I know no-one cares but it feels better to vent, and for those out there feeling same, You Are Not Alone.

Blurred Vision : Dude! You know I flippin' care. You gotta stay the course for at least another month or so. Why? This mo-ship thing hasn't evolved yet. AFAIK, nobody in NEXT is bragging about uber space ability yet. So, if you were up against a $whale$ clan well then that is going to happen to all of us. I use my default ship and it will get a kill once in 10 matches. It's another tool in the box but it ain't all that. I duo squadded this morning. Lost. I was in last place and my teamie was first. My stats were good, but we lost. Does it suck when that happens? Heck yeah. Did we win the next match? Yep. Do you sometimes get crushed by a Typhon and other times you slice through them like warm butter? Yep. Do people hate your Murometz when you put the screws to them? Now, brush the turf off your uniform, put your helmet on and get back in there and kick some red butt.

Motherships are not overbearing yet, but being worried about what they will become is a justified fear. If you ask me though, if you made it through Scorpion and Demeter this long, another form of random damage should be fine. But like I said, if all the junk in the game is getting overbearing, there’s no shame in taking a break or calling it quits. Do what is best for you!

I sympathise with the OP on the subject but this just reminded me of a recent game where a murometz was parked behind a small obstacle on factory map and was just launching bulava crap at anyone in range (which was a fair chunk of the map from the vantage point). If anyone got near it, it just flew up in stealth and landed back in safety to do it all again. That was pretty infuriating.
