I have been having so much fun using only level 1 gear that I’m starting a clan so like minded players can join.
Clan rules:
1.1 gear only. Any and all gear is allowed except as listed here.
No pilots
No modules (except on titans)
No drones
No boosting (except silver because it won’t change combat)
Damage skins are allowed (technically level 1)
Advantages:
All members should bottom out around the same level making it much more squad friendly.
Silver is a problem of the past. You will earn plenty to keep workshop grinding. You will earn about as much as you do now.
Gold is a problem of the past.
Powercells are not needed and will pile up.
Platinum is not needed.
Boosts will start piling up.
You will never feel compelled to micro pay for anything ever again.
You will never have to watch another Ad,
Win rate after bottoming will still be 40-60.
Squad play will be ideal. (Worth mentioning twice)
You can continue to level a “meta hangar” so you aren’t behind if you leave the clan.
The playing experience is IDENTICAL to using your top leveled gear.
All are welcome as long as you follow the rules. The point is getting a group together placed in similar leagues.
Give it a shot! Put together your best Level 1 hangar and bottom out.
