Alright everyone, It's been awhile since I threw up another video on here. Many of you have seen my posts on the Tulu Rhino in the past and I've even been contacted out of curiosity as to why I was pulling so hard for Tulus on a Rhino. Well...my short answer is that when I first experienced Rhino piloting I was severely lacking in the experience and knowledge required to maneuver it effectively in close range combat situations. So I set out to correct that of which was lacking as I am always on a quest to round out and improve my game play skills as a whole! Here I compiled 21 consecutive matches and cut all of the extra off, leaving only footage of my Rhino runs. (They weren't really each day but instead were consecutively played over a period of several days.) My goal is to hopefully entertain, at least mildly, while providing a look at the strategies I was able to develop for operating this setup to it's ULTIMATE effective use. Bear with me, as it's 24 minutes long, but I put in a lot of time and effort into this video. I've spent going on 12 hrs now of nearly straight video editing, minus the time I took to call on my KOMMrades in clan KOMM for help creating my final scene. That's about an hour spent on every 2 minutes of video! I enjoy piecing it all together though. So sit back, let your trigger fingers cool down, and enjoy a break from your own robot head poppin' !! I hope I don't waste your time.

Good video, VivaLaResistance! Fun watch, and although I have my Rhino shelved for now, doesn't mean he can't make a comeback. ?

Oh it definitely can and thanks! I've been really loving mine, as you can clearly tell....lol Actually going to make my next WSP purchase another one. If I could just pilot two at once they would be unstoppable! haha....ehh..now I'm getting full of myself.

Nice vid (only halfway through). I don't have much to buy with wsp, so I might pick up a rhino next. The real cost is upgrading it. I was thinking of benching my RDB griff for another DB setup. I could put it on a rhino for versatility. Could go mag or piñata + orkans.
Looked like a fun change of pace.
Only thing I need wsp for is 3rd trident, and I am about 12000 gold away from buying a fury. So I have some time.

Way to bring the Hellfire & Brimstone with that Beast VivaLaResistance - You have to make a tutorial or at least action vid of you in one on this weekend's test server If we hook up and record the same match I'll figure out how to give you the footage for multi-angle eye candy in your vid

Man I didn't hit the test server at all last weekend and forgot about it this weekend. lol Yea I should probably jump back in there! amidf I recommend the magnums over pinatas just because it gives you constant fire and no matter how minimal of damage someone is taking....they don't like it! Usually it will keep them on the defense so that you can control the situation. With pinatas your only option is exposing yourself to use the Orkans while they reload.

Had a nice laugh when you ran into that fujin at the beginning fo springfield and had f**** flash across the screen. happens to me more than i'd like to admit and i say pretty much the same thing lol
I tried the setup you're using and the one that i;ve found the most effective is aphids and orcans. With the aphids you can stay locked on, shield up even while people go about 30 degrees to the left or right of your line of sight
very useful

fijiwaternever thought about that advantage aspect coming from aphids...I have gave them a go from time to time but discovered that I lose the edge of dishing out constant damage to them while shield up

I really enjoyed the video. The commentary was very helpful explaining why you made certain decisions. Makes me want to run my Rhino again. I normally used aphid/orcs but will give the mags a try.

Yea I recommend magnums...actually it was not too long ago when I tried to run an all Missile/rocket hangar and put aphids on my Rhino. Aside from having to lower the shield if you wanna deter an attack while they reload the biggest issue I noticed is that they don't fly well from those low hard points. Then again, Aphids never fly right for me. Seriously, they fly straight to target like a rocket not a missile. The only thing I like using them on is the top of a Griffin.
EDIT: Then again it was not too long ago when I was recommending not to use Rhino's in close quarters too. I've been practicing with my aphids a little bit but can't get over how buggy they are.
